    Your area of responsibility: 

    • Qualification of customer problems via E-mail and telephone 
    • Declaration of operationerrors 
    • Correction of settingerrors
    • Analysis of technical errors 
    • Documentation of error causes and their solutions in the ticket system 
    • Cooperation with the colleagues of the 2. Level Support 
    • After extensive inductioncustomer training 

     

    Your personality: 

    • First work experiences in the area of customer support, ideally for fixed network telephony 
    • Good communicational skills and professional appearance 
    • Good language skills in German and English (oral and written) 
    • Conceptual and analytical skills
    • Independent and responsible work, will for permanent learning
